The city of Manteca made big news when a special law was passed that requires clothing to be worn in public places. The Morning 3 on KHOP wanted to test the new law to see what would happen if we walked "Naked" in Manteca. Manteca's own Madden was dared to walk "Naked" in Manteca from Target to the bowling alley across the street on Yosemite Avenue.
By the time she got there, a gathering of anxious men were anticipating some flesh and excitement. Madden accepted the challenge and did it: she walked "Naked" in Manteca!
